Delete your account and personal data
Soft Corner is operated by Zodiak Private Limited (the developer shown on the Google Play Store). Use this page to understand how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the Android app or on the web.
How to request account deletion
Choose either method below. You do not need to use both.
Option 1 — Email
Send a message to connect@zodiak.life from the email address registered on your Soft Corner account, or clearly state the phone number (with country code) you use to sign in so we can verify you. A subject line such as "Account deletion request" helps us process it quickly.
Option 2 — Delete in the app or on the web
- Sign in to Soft Corner.
- Open Profile / Me, then Edit profile.
- Scroll to the Danger zone and use delete account (or equivalent wording). Confirm when prompted.
On the web, you can go directly to Edit profile after signing in.
Timeline
After we receive your request and verify your identity where needed, we delete your account and all personal data associated with it within 14 days.
What is deleted or kept
- Deleted: Profile details, chat history, preferences, and other personal content and identifiers tied to your Soft Corner account, subject to completion within the 14-day window above.
- Wallet: Any remaining wallet balance is handled as described in our Terms of Service (typically forfeited when the account is closed).
- Legal retention: If applicable law requires us to retain certain records (for example minimal payment or tax information), we keep only what the law requires and only for the period the law mandates. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
